Fight the Blight is the nonprofit front door and offers virtual peer-support groups; ask about current fit and capacity from Middlebourne or elsewhere. The Peer Tree is a separate private-pay pathway; confirm scope, service area, availability, and fees. Unburied is a digital peer-support pathway, not therapy or emergency support. Local listings are independent options, not endorsements; confirm access, eligibility, cost, and fit directly.

Call 211 or text a ZIP code to 898-211 to ask about current food, housing, utility, transportation, health, and family-service options in Tyler County. You can also search online. Local openings and eligibility vary; a referral does not guarantee assistance or placement and is not emergency dispatch.
Safety and stability
These pathways serve different situations. Read the labels carefully before calling, especially when a response may involve crisis care, protective services, shelter, housing rules, legal advocacy, or emergency dispatch.

West Virginia DoHS lists 1-800-352-6513 for reports of suspected child or adult abuse or neglect, including 24/7 reporting. This is a protective-services reporting channel and may trigger assessment or investigation; it is not a voluntary hoarding-support, cleanup, or ordinary service-navigation line. The County OEM publishes floodplain information, preparedness resources, and an office contact at 504 Cherry Street in the Senior Center. Call 304-758-5155 before visiting; the office asks visitors to call first. Its web form is not for urgent messages, and it does not replace 911 or emergency-response crews.

If a bill, payment, shutoff date, or fee is unclear, call the billing clerk at 304-758-4771 before taking action; payment platforms can add separate processing fees.
