A Hoarding Alliance local resource guide
You deserve support that starts with your priorities, not pressure to clear everything at once. Whether you are directly affected, supporting someone you love, or addressing a safety or housing concern, choose one manageable next step.
Start here - Fight the Blight
Fight the Blight is the nonprofit front door for hoarding-related conversations and virtual groups. The Peer Tree is a separate private-pay pathway. Unburied offers digital peer support; it is not therapy or emergency support. Local organizations set their own services, eligibility and fees.
Start with a respectful conversation about your priorities and ask about current virtual groups or other suitable support. No whole-home cleanout is required to reach out.
Role: nonprofit hoarding-support conversation and virtual-group front door | geography: online; ask about Brooks County fit | cost/eligibility: ask about current free and funded options | emergency limit: not crisis dispatch or clinical care

A note from the Alliance
This guide is anchored in Falfurrias, Texas, and includes city, county, state, nonprofit, national, and independent pathways. A listing here does not mean Fight the Blight endorses every provider or can guarantee availability. The Hoarding Alliance is not a city or county agency, therapy practice, emergency service, or cleanup company. We will keep reviewing this page, but please confirm details directly before relying on them.
